舅舅Jeff Grub爆料，雖然PlayStation擁有《血源詛咒》的版權，但FromSoftware是PlayStation的親密合作夥伴，索尼似乎更想和FromSoftware保持良好關係，所以尊重他們的意願，不想得罪他們。
他還提到PlayStation和FromSoftware這兩家公司的關係有些緊張，在局勢緩和之前，《血源詛咒》不會有任何新消息。
