我們很遺憾地通知各位顧客，今日發生了一起特殊事件：一名顧客試圖用自己的女朋友折抵換取一台全新PS5的門店積分。
門店員工Nevaeh向其解釋稱，儘管該名女子看起來狀態良好，但我們的系統並不支持「人類置換」。
需要說明的是，GameStop目前確實接受二手主機、遊戲和配件換取門店積分，但「另一半」暫不在可回收範圍之內。

We regret to inform our customers of an incident today where an individual attempted to trade his girlfriend in for store credit towards a new PS5. Store associate Nevaeh had to explain that our systems don't allow for human exchanges, even though she appeared to be in good condition. While GameStop offers store credit for used consoles, games, and accessories, significant others are not eligible for trade-in at this time. Thank you for understanding.
