此前，3月10日發布的KB5079473更新推出後，眾多Windows 11用戶反饋，無法使用微軟賬戶登錄Teams、OneDrive、Microsoft Office、微軟應用商店等多款核心應用。登錄嘗試時，系統會彈出類似「您需要網際網路才能執行此操作。看起來您並未連接到網際網路」的錯誤提示，即便設備已正常接入網路，該問題依然存在。

3月22日晚，微軟確認，該故障源於更新後系統對網路連接狀態的誤判，僅影響使用微軟賬戶登錄的普通用戶，採用Microsoft ID進行身份驗證的企業用戶未受波及。在推出正式修複方案前，微軟曾建議受影響用戶在聯網狀態下重啟設備，以臨時重置網路連接狀態。
