今日，外媒GamesIndustry.biz主編Christopher Dring在社交媒體發文稱《刺客教條：暗影者》已成為英國今年實體銷量最高的遊戲，遠超《魔物獵人：荒野》。

But it's well short of 2020's Valhalla (GfK data)
Christopher Dring表示，《刺客教條：暗影者》一周內售出的實體版銷量已超過《星際大戰：法外狂徒》三個月內的總銷量。不過相較於2020年發售的《刺客教條：英靈殿》，銷量仍有較大差距。
值得注意的是，此次銷量成績僅代表英國市場，在中國、日本等亞洲地區，《魔物獵人：荒野》的銷量還是要遠高於《刺客教條：暗影者》的。
《刺客教條：暗影者》發售不到24小時玩家數達到100萬，不到兩天，玩家數又再次突破200萬人。對比來看，《魔物獵人：荒野》僅用三天銷量便超過800萬，成為卡普空歷史上銷售速度最快的遊戲。
