《降世神通》粉絲集體懵了！上周派拉蒙遊戲高管剛確認由Saber互動開發的3A級《降世神通》RPG已被砍掉，系列聯合主創布萊恩・科尼耶茨科就立刻在社交媒體發帖怒懟：「那個由我親自構思核心設定的大型遊戲，從來沒有被『取消』！」
布萊恩直言遊戲確實遭遇了重大挫折並正在重啟，但只要他還能說了算，就一定會讓它變得更好。他同時確認，大量官方消息將在7月23日至26日的聖迭戈動漫展上公布。這款備受期待的RPG原本設定在安昂數千年前，講述一位全新神通的故事。
雙方說法的矛盾暴露了派拉蒙內部的混亂。艾洛皇叔的配音演員格雷格・鮑德溫更是直言不諱地批評派拉蒙新管理層「壞透了」，稱他們「對這部講述優雅、救贖與反抗法西斯的作品只有蔑視」。目前派拉蒙正推進對華納兄弟的1110億美元收購，為通過歐盟監管，甚至考慮出售尼克國際兒童頻道，而《降世神通》正是該頻道的核心IP。

好消息是，被派拉蒙放棄的《降世神通傳奇：格鬥遊戲》已由PM Studios接手，將於7月23日發售，採用手繪2D風格，首發12名經典角色，支持跨平台聯機。而動畫電影《安昂傳奇：最後的氣宗》也確定於10月9日發布。
